Alex Freites is a composer, producer, vocal coach and multi-instrumentalist born in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2000 he had his first record deal as a singer and while recording his debut album he discovered his passion for songwriting and production. In 2002 he rents a venue in South Beach Miami and opens HitMaker Studio, begins composing and producing local acts. He has produced for Amenazzy (RD), Hugo Salazar (Spain), Dennis Arana (Guatemala), Zelaya (Guatemala) Francely Abreu (Mexico) among others. He is currently in Guatemala developing new talents and producing local artists such as Dennis Arana, a former member of La Academia México. He also spends great time composing for publishers in Miami, Mexico and Spain due to the acceptance of more than 11 songs composed and produced for Dennis Arana.
